I made a mistake on my order. What can I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible & let us know about your mistake. We will do our utmost to fix it before it ships out. 

What is your return policy?

As a luxury gift box company, we want to ensure that every person who receives this gift will feel unbelievably pampered. Our gifts are extremely high quality & exactly as pictured, down to the inner tissue paper & wrap. Our emphasis on our unboxing experience means that every item should still be perfectly positioned even after shipping & delivery.
Should something arrive broken or damaged after all our precautions, please send photo proof immediately to gitty@theboxny.com. We either send out a new gift box or refund your purchase, dependant on your choice.



What are your shipping rates?

We offer free shipping over $100 in the United States. All other shipping prices are determined by carrier. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping prices out of the US are determined by carrier, and customer may be responsible for customs dues.


Do you offer personalization options?

We include a beautiful, foil stamped gift card in each box. You may choose to write a personal message yourself, or have us hand write your message for you. You receive this option when you add your gift to your cart.
